Hills Radio Ltd’s web site does not collect any personal data online as all ordering is done by contacting our shop direct. Web statistics are collected purely to show the sites hit rate and popularity.

 

All ordering is done by contacting our shop direct.  All customer information taken is held in store on our own servers in accordance with the Data protection Act and is PCI compliant. It is never sold or traded with other companies.  We do not store any credit/payment card data electronically.

The information held is used to complete your order/delivery and by our customer services to deal with any problems the customer may have.

On rare occasions, in conjunction with the major brands we supply, mail shots may be sent to customers we think may be interested in our products. If you do not wish to be included in these please contact the shop by email at sales@hillsradio.co.uk

Customer details will be released where legally required, for instance to the TV Licensing Authority.
